Welcome to EVO Sleep. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Overview

EVO Sleep is a registered brand under Newcastle Furniture Centre Ltd.
These terms apply to all mattress purchases made through our website, showroom, or authorised sales channels.

 

2. Guarantee

All EVO Sleep mattresses come with a 12-month standard manufacturer guarantee covering:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Faulty stitching, springs, or foam structure issues

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or incorrect care

  • Comfort preference or damage caused by improper bed bases

If your mattress develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months, we will arrange a free collection and replacement or repair, depending on the issue.

 

3. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your sleep, but if you decide your mattress isn’t right for you, here’s how it works:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • If you wish to exchange your mattress for a different EVO model, we’ll arrange collection and re-delivery — you’ll just cover the delivery fee for both ways.

  • If you prefer a full refund, we’ll process it once the mattress is returned to us in good condition. The return delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at evosleep@nfcliving.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item.

 

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your mattress arrives damaged or defective due to a factory issue, we’ll collect it free of charge and send a replacement or full refund.


Kindly report this within 7 days of delivery and include photos showing the issue.

 

Please note that our mattresses are delivered compressed in a box and may take up to 24 hours to fully expand and reach their final shape.
